Terrible service. Liars will take your case then completely blow you off and not in the good way.

I would not recommend this place seek elsewhere, I regret ever bringing them my cases here.I was never a priority I felt like I was just brushed off until they were able to get a check. My case was half closed, I’m still waiting for a part of my case to be finished to Fully closed and done with Rafi Law Group. Every time I call, I either get left on hold and refiltered into the call system. I’ve left numerous voicemails and go days or weeks without receiving a call back. If I Had the option to leave zero stars

I did not have the best experience using this law firm. They were incredibly hard to get a hold of anybody. I changed contacts multiple times throughout the process and then they try to get me settle for a small amount and then when I didn’t They passed me onto another law firm. The communication or lack thereof was the most frustrating part and I feel bad for the receptionist cause when I was calling trying to get a hold of my contact. I could hear another receptionist in the background trying to find somebody for somebody else and you can tell they’re frustrated that nobody answers. You can tell that Paralegal’s caseloads are just way too high

I have never had to deal with any type of lawyers before and Mackenzie has definitely been a godsend. He's always available to answer any of my questions and has helped make this process a lot easier. If your looking for someone to represent you in your difficult times I would highly recommend him.

They really aren’t on top of their work. You have to constantly reach out. I had to send the same documents several times. Don’t bother texting them, waste of time no response. I feel like a McDonald’s order. In the sense that I’m not special and the attorney won’t know anything about my case from memory unless I give him a minute to look it over. Don’t expect to get a settlement within a year. Even for such a small accident case. Just as bad as Lerner and Rowe.

Everybody here at Rafi law group was wonderful. Me and my fiancé were in an accident and it caused some damage they were able to help find us doctors help us get through what we need for medical attention and not only that they were able to help us through this situation wonderfully and peacefully especially checking on us, I would highly recommend them 100% and thank you Rafi law group you did great for me and my fiancé .

Al leer los rewies y creo que en mi caso a casi un año de mi choque y mi abogada no me responde, siempre tiene el casillero full, hice todo lo que me dijo pero aún si respuesta mi choque fue el 01/06/2024….y aún sin ninguna respuesta en la aseguranza del que me chocó dicen q todo está cerrado y la abogada que me mandaron no responde nunca, me pidieron una carta de mi asegurando donde dijera que nunca pagaron mis gastos médicos cuando la pedí mi aseguranza dijo ah pero ya Raffi la pidió el 10/08/2024 y el accidente fue en Enero el 05/18/2024 termine todas las terapias y asistencia médica Son LO PEORRRR!!!!!
