Alan Torres here. First off they help me every step of the way. Anything I needed they made sure they got the best possible solution. Process was long but they made sure I got the right treatments. Definitely recommend. Hope not to get in another accident but if I do I know who to call.

Didn't let that white smiling billboard fool you! BEWARE! I called them after my accident (May '24), super responsive when they needed info from me. When I needed to talk to them they would NEVER call back, it became almost comical. Then finally in September they call me saying my settlement is almost ready, probably a 35 days more. October, nothing, I call several times, leaving messages no response still. Then last week I get a call from an accountant I guess, she explains I got a 75k settlement. I know I should be happy but after the AMAZING service they have they are taking 42k more than half. Do not give these ambulance chasers your money for doing nothing, and DO NOT use there doctors if you have your own insurance. Total ripoff and just the worst or rather non existant customer service.
