Really helped after my accident. Easy and smooth process .

I was in an accident in December, immediately remembered the Rafi Rafi jingle. I called them and told them about my incident. They got my information down and handled it from there. I was sent to a chiropractor And plenty of physical therapy to feel better. They were very informative about my case and answered every question I had. No matter what time I called somebody answered and had an answer for me, I was also very satisfied with the outcome of my case and the settlement I received in the short time it took. I absolutely recommend them 10 out of 10 and if I have an unfortunate accident again, I will use RAFI LAW. Robert gonzales.

Rafi law group is a great place to go when getting in an accident! It was a very smooth process through out the entire process they help me look for a Chiropractor in there network! And also help me out on rides when I did not have transportation they paid for it as well and sent Lyft for me when I needed it! The followed up with me every time they got updates from insurance companies and just made me feel secure on the whole process! The ladies at the office too are so nice and very professional and respectful! Love how they make u feel comfortable and offer you water or coffee I would definitely recommend Rafi to anyone and I definitely would be using Rafi again if I ever need him again!

Ive always seen the commercials everywhere and all over social media but it’s really true. Ive been in an accident in the past and felt alone and was unable to advocate for myself. At Rafi they made this easy and always kept me in the loop. I received attentive responses from everyone and always looked for my best interest

I’ve had 3 cases with Rafi the last one is still on going but I wouldn’t recommend going to them for help. I will say they are very polite but every single time I call for an update on my case they’re either not in the office or they don’t answer my call. They say to leave a voice mail and they’ll get back to me within 24 hours but that’s false they never call back. They go months and months without reaching out to me on any updates, so I just decided to give up on trying at this point. This 19th of Jan will be TWO YEARS waiting for this to settle, it’s 2025 & I made the claim Jan 2023…. My other two cases took a year to a year & a half to get settled & it was the same situation for both where they never reached out. One of the cases they told me I would get a certain amount which I & the office signed just to get a call a week later saying that they counted wrong and that I would be getting $500 less than what I was promised. What a horrible “mistake” to make. They take forever to get back to you & you would have to be the one reaching out to them for anything. It’s so frustrating dealing with a law group like that, that’s supposed to be helping you. Wouldn’t recommend
