***STAY AWAY***
Please for your own sake, STAY AWAY. I could type for an hour straight about how unprofessional they are. And my message receipts are available if anyone needs proof. It's so bad, that i'm starting to think they're hiding something.
It's been 1 year, my check is still "lost in the mail" and I don't think they paid the medical expenses as they said they would out of the settlement. So I'm assuming they expect me to pay it out of my money.....
These people are fishy. STAY AWAY

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took them over a year to get what was on the policy. My husband hasn’t been able to work in a year. We had to take a loan out to pay rent they told us it would be 6 months. It was another year.they ran up medical to wear he couldn’t even get surgery. We ended up with 4300 and they got 9k how is that far. The money was gone in two days will all of our bills being behind and my husband still can’t use his shoulder. FIND ANYONE ELSE IF YOU ARE IN A CAR ACCIDENT.
