As an HOA Board member, I find First Friday Q&As with Beth and her team to be a easy way to refocus on my role and responsibilities at the start of each month. Inevitably at least one question is relevant to our HOA. Mulcahy Law Firm's Cheat Sheets also are useful and concise reference guides that I have distributed to Board members as needed. The firm's educational program is a generous public service - thanks to all involved!

Very good first-Friday session today. I really wish that there was an option for interactive chat with other participants. I understand all the issues with that option, but the ability to discuss topics with other HOA board members would be invaluable. Village at Apache Wells

After 5 years, blissfully unaware in my own little bubble, I found, over the past few months, that, for the first time, due to some oddities on the part of the HOA Board and Management of my community, I really needed to better understand the ins-and-outs of AZ HOAs. I'm very thankful for the Malachy Law Firm's ongoing efforts to be a resource to AZ HOAs, including their continued participation in the educational meetings they provide, both live and via YouTube. Though I hope never to need their services to manage a suit, because of their investment in the community through outreach, the Malachy Law Firm is top on my list of firms to contact, should my part in my HOA become more than I can reasonably handle on my own.

As a first-time homeowner in a community with an HOA, I wanted to learn more about how HOAs work, how they SHOULD work, and what they can/cannot do. I've been watching previous videos, as well as attending new classes, and I've learned so much from them. Beth Mulcahy is very informative. She gives great examples. She doesn't sugar-coat things; she says it like it is. She encourages attendees to ask questions and reach out to her and/or her firm for more information. I really appreciate that Mulcahy Law Firm offers these classes and replay videos for free.

I am a board member. We had serious issues with our management company and the Mulcahy Law Firm stepped in to help us out of the mess we were in. To top it off, this was right in the middle of the Christmas holidays. Her professionalism and steady hand continues to guide us. I have attended her online classes and found them invaluable. Good luck trying to reach anyone at this office. I've called 5 times in the last 3 months, have never reached a receptionist, have left multiple voicemails and have never once received a call back. Extremely unprofessional!
