I've learned so much about hoa/condo issues by attending the free monthly webinars by Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C.

I greatly appreciate hearing your Zoom classes. It helps me become better acquainted with the proper way to work through situations involving in an HOA community.

This is my third time one of these Zoom meeting education sessions presented by Beth Mulcahy. I find them incredibly helpful and informative. As a relatively new Board member for my condo HOA in Sun City West, the information presented is thorough and very useful in assisting me in understanding my responsibility and that of my board. The question and answer session at the end is also great to clarify various concerns. Thanks so much for this!

I've been listening to Mulcahy First Friday questions and answer sessions and their monthly lectures since I became a HOA Board Member. They are very educational, and I appreciate that they take the time to answer each and every question. One example, a board member from a different association asked about CD's. Our association had never thought about putting a portion of our money into one. We currently now invest in CD's. It's a wonderful way to learn from one another and also gain expert knowledge. Thank you for sharing your valuable time with us.

Extensive resources -- offered gratis -- include helpful "Cheat Sheets" on a variety of related topics (easily accessible on their website), plus online and in-person seminars sponsored by Phoenix-area municipalities, and their own excellent "First Friday" educational seminars offered via Zoom and Facebook Live. Even after many years of serving on my own HOA board, I am a regular attendee and always glean something from their educational outreach. Highly recommend!

Mulcahy HOA Academy sessions are an excellent example of corporations acting in the public interest. The privilege of hearing about a vital topic, or asking just that one perplexing question that will allow you to govern more fairly, more legally, more efficiently, is invaluable. Home Owner Associations (HOAs) present unique issues that need an attorney who is not only knowledgeable in the laws/ cases that have been present in court, but also knowledagble in interpreting CCRs, By-Laws, deeds, plot maps, tax records, etc. Beth Mulcahy provided thorough information that resolved my HOAs 5-foot easement issue a couple of years ago. Beth Mulcahy is currently providing direction on determining if my HOA is a Condo vs Planned Community.
