First Fridays are well worth my time. I attend most and learn something new every month. And I encourage others on our board to attend.

I have been continually impressed (and so appreciative) by the FREE monthly HOA educational webinar series that Mulcahy presents (in cooperation with our city and many others throughout the Valley. I believe that it is the founding partner, Beth Mulcahy, who does all of the presentations, as well as the Q&A for each session. Given the very clear manner in which each session is communicated, I feel confident that their firm would be a good choice in the future, if our HOA needed legal consultation. I have walked away from every single one of their webinars with a load of relevant information. I don't know of another resources like this that would offer such thorough information, AND ALSO be so patient and generous with their time to answer questions. I hope this series continues to be supported by my city.

This training was very helpful as always. My participation has helped me become a more effective board member. It has increased my confidence that my service is necessary to keep our community running smoothly. I am well informed about legislative changes that will affect my community and respond accordingly.

First Friday virtual meetings are a great resource. As Beth Mulcahy has commented, they are good opportunities for participants to have access to a range of topical questions facing community associations. As an HOA board member, I really like the Q&A format. However, I also REALLY like the legislative update that Beth provides each month when the state legislature is in session. These legislative updates are really informative, and great to share with the community's board. I believe these sessions - in total - are valuable, and I appreciate being able to participate.

The free HOA classes are very helpful and informative. I have attended every one for the past 2 years, since I learned about them. I have learned about laws, how HOAs are supposed to conduct business, what to expect of a good manager, understanding personality differences, board member roles and responsibilities, communication, and much more. I really appreciate that the classes are offered and that they are free. I also enjoy the opportunity to ask a question and have it answered by the attorney.
