Despite the attorney's fee being higher than other firms, I decided to work with Zanes Law because of their glowing reviews. This is my first time being represented. My attorney, Blake J., is helpful and patient. My case is ongoing, but I don't get many updates. I’ve reached out and not received a response, numerous times. I assumed I was being ignored. For example. I received a voicemail on 11/13, informing me that my attorney would be reaching out within the next week. No one has contacted me. Even though I emailed them, it’s now 12/04. According to a couple of reviews, this is common. I'm relieved to know that I'm not the only person experiencing a shortfall in communication.
