This firm will not communicate with there client. No word they moved to a new location, getting my attorney to call me back after leaving messages wasn't working, calling the owner Doug, only to have a team member call me back, hear my concerns and insured my Doug will call. Nothing. No call. Biggest complaint is they don't like to communicate. If you are the type of person that doesn't want to be up to date on your case. This firm is for you.

I have had a wonderful experience so far with this law firm. My case worker is constantly checking up on me and also my attorney. They honestly make me feel like family. The care they have for me while going through my treatments makes them worthwhile. They are not pushy or disrespectful in any way and they are getting the job done. We'll done to this law firm I will be recommending you guys to others who've gotten in accidents!
