If you are in trouble with the law in Mohave County, buckle up and get a good…. No great attorney. Local one. Let me be specific. Brad Rideout at Rideout Law. Several reasons. You have landed in a snake pit. Law enforcement who has no regard for the constitution and for you as a human being. They don’t care about you, your rights or your life. You need help. There are some things that I look for when I am working with someone. 1. Communication. Brad answers his phone unless he simply cannot because of court. Weekends, evenings regardless. He is there. You need that. He cares about his clients and about their families. He understands that when a crooked law enforcement institution has destroyed your constitutional rights it is the entire family who suffers. Brad gets that and is on the clock for you and your family. 2. Value. Just because he isn’t billing you $450 per hour doesn’t mean he isn’t good. I have paid that much to attorneys and I cannot get them to answer their phone or even call me back in a reasonable time. Simple, pay the money and trust that a fair attorney fee does not mean you are not in the best of hands. With Brad you are in the best of hands. 3. Know the lay of the land. The reason I made a point to express that law enforcement in Mohave County are so evil Satan would not claim them as his children is if you have the wrong counsel you are going down, hard. I have complete confidence in Brad and his team to do everything he can to get you out or trouble. You are walking through a land mine after you have been bitten by a cobra. Brad knows the system and can help you and he will be faithful to your cause, to your case and to you and your family. 4. A fighter. Don’t let that handsome babyfaced picture of him on his website fool you. He is a fighter and he lives to punch back. And in that county, you need that. A good fighter knows when to dodge, dip, rope-a-dope and when to hit. What he does isn’t easy but effective. If you are in trouble there, you need someone you can trust. Someone who will fight for you and someone who will be honest with you about your situation. Someone who will tell you the good, the bad and the ugly. There is no way around it. If you are in trouble in that county you have a long painful road and you will have the scars to prove it. But the best chance of you walking away is with Brad Rideout and Rideout law. If you want the best lawyer out there breads one if you put money down on another lawyer go get your money back Brad's the one you want. I was up against two felonies the deck was stacked against me they were offering a deal plead guilty to one felony dropped the other because if found guilty on both I would have went to prison so I was going to take the deal and not risk it but Brad wouldn't let me most lawyers want to cut deals and move on to the next case that's not right out law Brad rolls up his sleeves, sets his pen down, looks me in the eyes, and tells me don't do it let's go to war! It was one of the scariest decisions I've ever made. I'm a free man because of Brad the best I could tell anyone hey don't even think about using anyone else!!

Mr. Rideout and his team were absolutely great! Mr. Rideout sat down with me one on one to review the full details of my case, a plan of attack, and possible outcomes. Mr. Rideout and his team were with me every step of the process, explained exactly what I needed to do, explained exactly what his team was doing, and kept me up to date with details of my cases and it processed.
