My husband and I hired Rideout Law when DCS didn't want to do what we saw was in our foster child's best interest. They fought for our family and daughter when no one else would. Ultimately the judge agreed with the Rideout team and not with DCS. Topher, Wendy, and Brad are wonderful in the courtroom. I highly recommend Brad Rideout! So let me start from the beginning. I have never been in trouble before. I was looking at 3 felony charges due to the fact I had 3 minors on the boat with us. I was scared and stressed to say the least. I called a dozen attorneys in the bullhead area... I only had contact with assistants thus far. Brad is the only attorney that returned my phone call. Brad gave me a free consultation, taking all the details of my case. No promises of the outcome but he was confident in the Law and his skills to see me through. Brad was extremely helpful through the entire process. Brad Rideout saved my life I was charged with two felonies and he got it knocked down one misdemeanor with just a small fine .
