This company needs to re-evaluate their definition of a "fiduciary". They aren't even close. We had our money with a Tucson advisor and had difficulty getting returned calls about transferring money in, and when my husband expressed our frustrations to Jeff Junior he was told "we aren't at your beckon call", and when my husband shared our dissatisfaction with their handling of our accounts, Jeff Junior had his "team" move our money from the institutional side to the retail side where there was no one to monitor that money, and did so WITHOUT CONFIRMING WHO WE WERE. We could have been anyone claiming to be us. When my husband questioned the handling of our accounts and advised that maybe they go about their process a little differently, Jeff Junior stated "don't tell me how to run my business, EFF you, Jeff, and you should be CELEBRATING because we no longer control your money". Do you want this "fiduciary" to handle your money? I would hope not. SADLY IN JEFF JUNIOR'S REBUTTAL HE ADDRESSES NONE OF THE WORDS SPOKEN FROM HIS MOUTH....MULTIPLE PEOPLE HEARD THE CONVERSATION IN THE MIDDLE OF A DEPARTMENT STORE.....HE IS RIGHT AND HIS FORMER CLIENTS ARE WRONG. I DON'T THINK SO.

I shared our full plan with a family member who had done something similar with another firm. They were very impressed with what I shared with them. Their plan was not as thorough, did not have the same depth or the same professional look and feel.
