We met with Rand Harper and an outstanding experience.

My wife and I met with Rand Harper at Trajan's Gilbert location to review our finances and discuss strategy going forward. He went above and beyond to not only advise us on a future path, but also explained his reasoning. Looking forward to working with him and Trajan for the long haul.

I write reviews only when I am completely satisfied or dissatisfied. I've had others in the "Financial Advisory" world (rhymes with Rudential) try to guide me to make the best investment decisions for me. It turns out I haven't quite "wasted" my money, but they steered me in a direction which benefited THEM a bit more. Unfortunately, I am stuck with the investment for 7 years. BUT...FORTUNATELY I started working with RAND at TRAJAN WEALTH. My previous broker received higher commission from a product that was sold to me, when another, nearly identical product existed with far lower fees over the long-run. Rand was the person that disclosed this information to me. There are sooo many choices out there...I'm clueless, so I DEPEND on someone else's knowledge to guide me. Rand was just the person I needed. He took the time to explain the different options that were available, and wasn't just after a quick signature on the dotted-line. I now get the difference between an 'standard investment planner' and an investment planner that is a 'FIDUCIARY'. Fiduciaries have YOUR best interests at the forefront. Rand was the person that explained to me that I could purchase a product that was 'nearly identical' in the results to the product that "Rudential" sold me, but with far lower commissions/fees. The end result is that I'll experience more financial gain, because the lower fees and commissions will leave MORE money in the account to grow. Thanks Rand. Thanks TRAJAN WEALTH.

I had an opportunity to lodge a complaint recently and was absolutely blown away that I received a phone call, after hours, from Jeff Junior wanting to know what was happening. He immediately got personally involved and stayed involved until the issue had been cleared up. He then followed up just to make certain that all was well. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Jeff and his staff at Trajan Wealth. Thank you Jeff!

Thank you to Steve Harper at Trajan Wealth! He gave incredible financial advice, with MY best interest in mind. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly. Trajan Wealth does not care about potential customers. I went to a dinner seminar over a year ago and was told an adviser would meet me near my home. Paul and Josh dropped the ball, and did not set that up. On the day of my appointment I called and the receptionist said “your appointment is today in our north Scottsdale office”...that was not the plan! I am currently searching for a financial manager and decided to give them another try at an event near my home. I received a voicemail message from Paul saying “Since you’ve already been to a dinner seminar, and there’s a wait list, I’ve taken you off the guest list”. Seriously?! So incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was willing to give them a second chance. I called to speak with Jeff Junior (took 2 calls to reach him), and he didn’t seem to understand that as a potential customer, his company blew me off a year ago, and again last week. Let someone else manage your money! Trajan is not interested in new customers.

We had a good experience with Trajan Wealth. Our advisor, Mike, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us, we didn't feel rushed and he made sure we understood everything. Most of all, and our situation is different than most, he was completely honest about our best options though it didn't give him gain. That alone speaks volumes.

We have had great customer service - and Trajan has more than made up for the big losses, very costly account servicing error, and commissions at our expense that we experienced with Fidelity. Thank you Jeff and staff!

Poor customer service. I booked an appointment based on the recommendation of Dave Ramsey and with that I would have figured since being in a business that requires trust, that customer service would be their top priority. The first appointment that I booked was cancelled and rescheduled a day before the appointment, so I booked for the following week and today it happened again. They told me they needed to cancel again and reschedule. I truly felt they didn't want my business and when I told him I didn't want to reschedule, Paul just quickly said "Ok". This is just something I would not expect from a reputable company. Jeff, your reply doesn't apply to me as the appointments that were booked were to take place at my home, so there is really no excuse and if you really wanted to rectify the situation, you wouldn't have me reach out to your office, your office would reach out to me. There is only one other review on here and it doesn't say much.

Jeff and his fantastic team have great processes and customer service. Always a pleasure to work with.
