I wish I could give them a higher score. Craig Knapp was fantastic and very compassionate over the loss of my sister. I wish all lawyers and people in general, were like him. Although he did not take my case, Craig was honest, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and even recommended other lawyers for me to contact. Craig gave me his cell # if I had any future questions. I did have a question and Craig returned my calls and answered my questions AFTER he declined my case. He called me back not only during the work week but on the weekend to answer my questions. It is unusual for an attorney to be so responsive and still sound compassionate after not taking a case.
