As a parent, my worst fear was realized when my daughter passed away suddenly. Knapp & Roberts' professional and caring representation in our wrongful death lawsuit was exceptional. Craig Knapp is an excellent attorney! Right from the very start he was nothing but attentive to us. When we were desperately looking for a lawyer, he returned my mother's call on the weekend. He had nothing but compassion for my ailing father when we had our first meeting. He gave us his cell phone number and always responded to our calls and emails. He worked very hard on our case and kept us well informed. My father respected him a lot. Sadly we lost him before the case was resolved but Craig fought hard to get us the best settlement he could at that point given the change in circumstances.
