I called the law firm of Knapp and Roberts after our disabled son suffered injuries due to negligence at the school he was attending . From the very start Craig Knapp and his team were the epitome of what a law firm should be. They are professional ,knowledgeable and compassionate and they truly care about their clients and the unique needs they face. They all were highly attentive and worked diligently for my son to provide him with the best possible outcome and in doing so they made the school a much safer place for all the special students in that classroom . They exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful . Craig,Dana,Sharon and David we can never thank you enough . I highly recommend Knapp and Roberts !!

My family was greatly impacted by a event that happened to us. My youngest son suffers from ADHD and autism spectrum disorder and had problems with being bullied at school. He went on a overnight camp with other 6th graders from his school. The experience was humiliating. During the camp he was tied to his bed and humiliated by the school chaperone while being videotaped. The school district, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, decided to treat my son as a liar. We felt hopeless and angry about the incident. The school districts report stated that, in the end it was just a "joke". Craig Knapp contacted me about how the incident made him angry. Without hesitation he put the full weight of his Law Firm Knapp & Roberts on the school District. They tirelessly fought for us all they way to the State Supreme Court to defend and protect my son. In the end, the school district realized it wasn't a joke. My son received a settlement from them, and more importantly the bullying is being delt with immediately by his school. My son is now entering High School with confidence knowing that there people out there who care about him and will defend him. God bless the entire Knapp & Roberts family for trying to put a end to bullying. They truly care about the problem bullying has become. Knapp & Roberts represented us without charging us a dime.

We were fortunate to work with Craig Knapp and Dana Roberts when our son tragically died form severe altitude sickness at the Base Camp of Mount Everest in Tibet in October, 2009. Craig, Dana and Dave Abney are compassionate, caring attorneys who worked diligently to bring our wrongful death case to trial.
