I cannot thank everyone at Bivens & Associates for taking such great care of the most essential elements of my "legal" world! I feel so "at ease" for lack of a better phrase. Yes, even better than just having "peace of mind". I am almost in tears thinking about how I really feel!!! Honestly, I can hardly express it in words! They are simply amazing at covering every aspect in detail to insure being covered no matter the circumstances that could possibly develop! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! My wife and I were referred to Stephanie Bivens at Bivens & Associates for help with our aging Parents, one of whom has Alzheimer's. She was Wonderful. She took her time and was Extremely helpful in explaining complex legal options in terms that we were able to understand, and made the whole process easier for us. The staff was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We are glad we went to her for help and are planning to go back to get our Estate Planning done.

Stephanie Bivens did some work for me and my mother 17 years ago. I have contacted them about four times. I was told that I would receive a call today at 9:30 am. It's now 10:12 am with no call. I called them back and told the person who answered the phone that I would not consider doing business them anymore. There reliability appears to be zero.

I met with Wendy a few weeks ago to simply ask her some questions about asset protection, LLC's, and how to structure them considering my unique situation. Wendy took the time to ask me questions about my business and then help me figure out the best solution. Wendy is very sharp when it comes to law and very professional. I hired Wendy to review a contract and advise me on it's specifics. She was thorough, upfront and direct with her assessment; which was exactly what I needed. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her completely.

Wendy did a fantastic job handling my moms estate planning. She met with my mother to review her current will. Finding some issues, she did a new will that was much more effective and protective of her estate. She also devised several other documents to further protect her estate. After my mom passed away, she was there to help execute the documents, answer all of my questions, and has even sent articles on potential scams. Wendy made a very difficult time much easier. I can't say enough good things about her.

I found her to be timely, thorough, and totally on top of things. She made several good suggestions and the other party changed their contract accordingly. Wendy Anderson just reviewed a set of financial contracts for me and was prompt and thorough. In particular, I asked her to check the legal boiler plate that the financial company inserted at the ends of 3 of the contracts. She identified several items that could have been problems for me if a dispute ever arises, and also found places where ambiguity in the wording could have led to conflicts. A well-done job.

I would highly recommend Wendy Metcalf Anderson. I recently lost a loved one and without Wendy guidance and knowledge I don't know how I would of made it through this difficult and stressful situation . Wendy was always prompt with all my questions, concerns and confusion during this difficult time. She responded to all my phone calls, text messages and emails in a very prompt manner. She was also very accommodating with meeting me in person at location nearest to me. Wendy made a very difficult situation less stressful and managable.
