An Honest Attorney! I know that sounds like an oxymoron. But Mr. Brendon Rogers was absolutely wonderful. If you want to feel confident about your final affairs, you really need to talk to Brendan Rodgers. He explained how everything will work after I'm gone and truly helped me to understand the latest and greatest in forms and what I needed to know to make everything work correctly for while I am here. Now I am confident that my son does not have to worry about all the details. Everything is spelled out for him. It is hard enough when you lose someone but now, thanks to Brendon Rogers, I know that my son has the paperwork he needs and will be in a position to help me if things get hard. He also has my Last Will and Testament for when things become final. Attorney Brendan Rogers is up to date and very knowledgeable about Trusts and Wills.

My husband and I needed to update our estate planning documents, and after reading reviews for attorneys in the area and beyond, we met with Brendon Rogers. In the end, it was the best experience with an attorney ever and the best money spent for services. Brendon and his staff are exemplary. Our first meeting with Brendon was an enjoyable and enlightening experience. Brendon knows the laws as well as the best ways to structure your estate documents for maximum effectiveness. He can whip through information quickly and easily, but he never rushes the proceedings, and he makes sure you understand everything along the way. His experience in estate planning is evident throughout the process; he and his office staff are highly organized and efficient, and keep things moving along. Brendon is laid-back and personable, making it easy to discuss all issues of estate planning, but don't let his friendly nature fool you...he knows the laws thoroughly and can be trusted to come up with the best solutions to your estate planning needs. In the end, we walked away with paperwork that was organized for us so that everything would be at hand when needed, we had a concise list of the things we needed to do on our end and a digital copy of our documents for safekeeping. All of this and three separate meetings for a very reasonable price.
