I was accused/cited for DUI so I hired Javier Alatorre to defend me (I was under the legal BAC limit). When I first spoke to Javier, he treated me like a person and never made me like a criminal so I felt very comfortable with him. He was always available to discuss this case even though it dragged on for over 3 years (COVID). The end result was that he got my cased dismissed. I couldn't ask for anything better. Mr. Alatorre is amazing. My life would have been in a very different place had I not met him. Long story short, I was fired from my job and was charged by the local Sheriff's Department of a crime. Mr. Alatorre represented and fought for me for thirteen MONTHS. He kept me in the loop about everything that was happening as it happened. He never told me what to do, he just told me what options were available and asked me what I thought was best, giving me any information I asked for. Thanks to his hard work and perseverance, I was reinstated with (almost) full back pay, and all criminal charges against me were dropped and most importantly my name was cleared.
