I wish I had called this firm the first time I applied for SSDI. Finally, after the administrative law process, I received the outcome I needed. Having a representative takes the hassle out of applying for help. Preston Flood was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, attentive, and had an understanding of my health I don’t usually find. In a state (Arizona) with the 2nd to worst approvals for SSDI in the nation, you NEED an attorney!! I would strongly recommend this firm. They are A+ in my book.

I would not recommend calling for a consultation. My husband called their office to apply for disability after seeing numerous commercials and felt if anyone would fight for his disability it would be this law firm. He is a 100 % disabled veteran who can not work. He has so many health problems on top of his severe mental health issues. He has served honorably in the Navy and Army as well and has suffered so much physically and even more so mentally. The woman who spoke to my husband had to be the most rude and disrespectful person. She disregarded my husband explaining everything he suffers with and went on to tell him that he seems perfectly capable insinuated he wasn't doing enough for his care with appointments. My husband has been struggling for years and does everything he can to benefit his health, but unfortunately there is no magic cure for him and every day is a struggle. Just getting him out of the house for simple things like the grocery store or doctor appointments is a huge obstacle. I am beside myself at how unprofessional this woman was my husband had to talk over her to say he will contact someone else who will help him and hung up. I sure hope she never speaks to another potential client that way.
