I was approved for S.S.D. first time around.

I was denied my disability until hiring ROESCHKE LAW, LLC, now finally a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I only have 1 complaint, I really wish my lawyer Peter kept in touch more often than he did, it definitely didn't hurt my case. If you want to win your disability case call Roeschke Law, you won't be disappointed.

I'm a 66years old and I have many health problems for the last 5 years. Took me more then 3 years to apply for disability. I didn't know were to start and but I knew that the application and getting everything ready it was just a big hassle. I'm so happy now I'm getting my check once a month THANKS TO ROESCHKE LAW office. All I need it was to sign my application and they take of everything else. Thanks again.. Maria Negrete

This Law firm is a joke don't trust them with your case they are lairs they lied to me about what was going on with my case I rather trust myself then these folks they are not trustworthy RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM PLEASE

It would be great knowing if I could help speed this up, it has been almost a year. Patience, I guess....

I heard good things about this law firm but honestly I have not known that they have done anything for my case. I have only spoken to my case manager once and that's because I had to call for the status of my case, then he tells me that there is nothing they can do but wait because my case is being reviewed. I think they are just letting it happen on their own and are waiting to collect their part without having to do nothing to help me.. Here I am again a year later with still no good news, actually no news at all..I have waited over 2 years for my disability to move forward and im currently in the process of waiting for a court date to have a hearing with a Judge..but have been waiting for well over 3 months with no response..I have not heard from anyone from this law firm, they haven't checked to see if I was even still alive.. im not happy and wish I never would have even hired them to represent me because they are doing nothing for my case. I have been forced to get a part time job that requires lots of physical activity but I have to survive somehow and have no other options otherwise my son and I will be on the streets again..

I had a disability case in California that the Dr's were not assisting on. Once Roeschke Law got involved things went smoothly and I was finally approved!
