I can’t thank Mr. Bryant enough! I called him at 7am, from the other side of the country, with a time sensitive issue that I needed handled in Arkansas and he was so easy to work with! He was in constant communication with me and had the work done by the next day! I would recommend him to anyone!

Custody hearing we went in with 2 plans 1 to obtain permanent custody. 2 if not permanent custody very strong visitation rights. this was all over my niece who was visiting/living with the in-laws. we had a serious up hill battle to contend with. one my niece was out of state and had established a life there and was thriving (per court say so and per ad litem stating as such as well and on the initial hearing the courts awarded the temporary custody to the in-laws as well. you want a bull dog in the fight, he is your lawyer to get. we did not get our primary goal but we got heavy visitation rights. he is very compassionate to our needs and feelings keeping us informed of what was going. i never want to go through another custody court hearing again. but if i do...it will be Greg Bryant who i call.

Driving home from Texas we were pulled over going 88 on the interstate. This was a first offense for me, and that day was just trying to keep ahead of the heavy truck traffic, that was when the officer clocked me. I did not need the headache of pleading guilty to the charge Arkansas levels for going 18 over the limit. Risking higher Insurance costs, and having that on my record. I reached out to a few Attorneys. "Birc" had contacted me back, and gave me the reasons why it would be to my advantage to hire a lawyer. After a day of deliberation I hired him. I believe him to be a good family man, and certainly a busy attorney. During the course of my be his client, we stayed in touch via text and emails. His legal assistant Kim also helpful. On the morning of July 3rd, 2019 my brother was confronted, shot, and injured by his neighbor’s boyfriend. During the heat of the shooting, my brother did fire back in self defense. My brother then ran to the apartment manager and called for help. When the police and ambulance came, they took some statements and took my brother to the hospital. While my brother was in hospital care, the shooter falsely accused my brother of robbery and the Conway Police Department without a doubt, took his word for it and picked my brother up a little while after he was released from the hospital and arrested him on Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Burglary, & Aggravated Assualt charges. Two Class Y Felonies and one Class D Felony. Two days later at court, they hit him with a half a million dollar bond, $500,000, and this was all on his first offense. He has never been in trouble before. His next court date was two weeks away, things weren’t looking too good, and we knew we needed a lawyer badly. We were given a couple different attorneys to choose from but I decided to take it upon myself to research and review some on my own. While researching, I came across Birc Morledge and instantly loved what I saw! Reviews, awards, and everything. I knew he would be the best one to go with! I had a consultation with Birc and no offense to anyone but he was the only one that I talked to that actually seemed to care and wanted to help. After weighing out our options and money, we didn’t think we could hire Birc anymore because we were a little off with what he wanted up front so I contacted him and let him know that and he told me to come to his office that next day or so and to bring what we had. I’m not gonna get into what all we talked about when we made it there but Birc was so kind and caring, he reassured us that he had our backs, that everything would be okay, and he would do everything he can to help my brother out of the mess he was in. My brother sat in jail for a month and a half, getting his name ran thru the dirt by Conway PD, the news, the shooter, and other users on Facebook because of the post CPD and the Log Cabin made about him. Birc kept in touch with me and my family the whole time, letting us know what was going on, and what he was working on until he was able to get everything he needed to go up for a bond reduction. Birc sure enough played his cards right. He called me one morning telling me he had great news, he was able to talk them into lowering my brother’s bond to $25,000 and we may be able to get him home that same night if we could afford the bond. He told me to call everyone to deliver the good news, at this point everyone was excited and anxious to hurry and get my brother home, and we were able to the next day! My brother has been back home now for a month and all charges against him has been dropped, his case has been thrown out, and his name has been cleared, thanks to Birc Morledge! Two Y Felonies and a D Felony all gone! Thank you sooo much Birc! Thank you a million times. I don’t know what we would have did without you. You saved my brother from the system and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend anyone to hire Birc as you or your family’s attorney, you will not be disappointed by this man and the work he puts in for you and your family.
