Birc got me and my 3 other family members completely off on possession charges and a couple other things and we walked away from court with mere fines. He is the best lawyer in Arkansas, wether it’s a high profile case, or your basic disorderly conduct, this is who you want representing you.

Birc got me and my whole family off possession charges, after they caught us with Marijuana. He is a animal and I will always call him if any legal situation comes up. I’ve called him in the middle of getting arrested before, and he answered and spoke to the police for Me. He’s a real nice guy, but he’s an animal in the court room (meant as a compliment). Oh, and we spent less money on him then we would have in court costs and legal fees. Insanely worth every penny. Here’s to you Birc!!!!

If I could give -5 I would! This attorney was beyond rude!! Kept cutting me off and I felt horrible he ended by saying “I got to take this call”!! I was wanting information on a wrongful death case and he showed no remorse what so ever!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
