I’m a Texas client of Birc Morledge. I allegedly committed a crime in Arkansas and received a suspended sentence. Violated with a new case and hired Mr.Morledge. Greg was very diligent in working for me on my divorce/custody case. He is a hard working, tough, no nonsense attorney who was by my side and had my back throughout the entire divorce proceedings. Birc Morledge was the most respectable person I have ever dealt with in my life. Some attorneys are intimidating in person and wussies in the courtroom, but Birc is widely respected by everyone involved and a solid fair fighter. He bagged up the bullshit they tried to put on me and threw it back in their yard. I'm still fresh and clean.

I came to birc with a battery, burglary and a criminal mischief charge, it was a pretty complicated situation in my opinion, but he got it done like a true professional, he was very informative, knowledgeable and had a good answer to any question i had about my case, he ended up getting all my charges a pass to dismiss in 6 months. Spoke with Birc shortly after being arrested, explained my situation with my charges for theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
