I highly recommend The James Law Firm! They handled my case with the utmost professionalism and care. From the very beginning, they were compassionate and nonjudgmental, taking the time to explain every step of the expungement process for my domestic battery case. Specifically, my attorney, Bill Simpson is phenomenal. He is charismatic and has over 50 years of experience so you can truly trust him to get your case worked out. He took the initiative to speak to me while I was in jail and provided me with all of the information to immediately get my bond paid. Within 2 days, Bill and his assistant, Chloe met with me to discuss everything that occurred. The team was always available to answer my questions and their expertise made the entire experience far less stressful than I expected. Their compassion truly made a lasting impact on me. Thanks to their dedication, my record will be expunged after a two month suspension and I will have a fresh start. If you're looking for a criminal defense attorney that truly fights for you this is the place to go.

First and foremost I will say the outcome of my case was favorable for the most part. I'm not going to leave a bad review because everything didn't go exactly as I had hoped. Although Hayley handled my case, I had previously left a more detailed review outlining the issue I have with Bill James himself. Since then I was left a voicemail strongly advising me to remove my negative review or face having every detail of my case posted online for anyone on the internet to see. It is my opinion that this would be unethical and unprofessional. It is also my opinion that Bill James is rude and dismissive. Hayley, on the other hand, was always respectful and I have no issues with her. I'm not going to tell you not to hire this law firm. I'm just going to say I wouldn't use them again even after a positive outcome to my case. Sometimes the way a person talks to you and treats you is more important than winning or losing.
