Haley was awesome !!!! My fiancée was facing a DUI charged and she got it dismissed!!!! Highly recommend Haley!!!

I have no stars to give this law firm even giving a one star is not low enough. it's comical as I read the reviews from some of these clients that give an exceptional rating. They discuss the impeccable representation they received as well having their cases dismissed or a descent plea deal made. Unfortunately, my son did not get the same impeccable representation, or a reasonable plea deal all due to money scared of not getting paid. I was referred to this law firm as I was told it is a top-notch firm with nothing but wins, that is a serious joke, I guess it's impeccable for the people they really want to work for otherwise, you shouldn't expect anything more. My son's attorney was Drew and he absolutely disappointed and sucked and saying that still does not describe the injustice to the scarcity of representation my son received as a client, he always seemed agitated when I called to speak with him, short nonchalant attitude, he acted as if he was more on the prosecutor's team than defending my son and rarely showed up to court as my sons lawyer always sent a fill in but never neglected to ask if or when a payment would be made. I know for a fact that the poor quality of so-called service from this law firm for my son is because of money. My son had sentencing today and again Drew didn't even show, I'm sure he already knew he wasn't going to show up for my son today without any conscience of care and I thought the big boss was going to rock but turns out even he was a disappointment. I would never in a million years recommend this law firm to anyone expecting to get their money's worth for a service unless of course you may be a friend, family member or someone they really want to represent impeccably otherwise you might be better off taking your chances with a public defender. I never expected a service to be provided for free we all know nothing is for free, but I guess that was the perception on their part and why my son got such a deplorable defense.

I would highly recommend not hiring this law firm. They talked tough in the beginning, but once I was paid in full they told me that I needed to accept a plea deal. I was hesitant, because I didn’t want anything on my record, but they told me they would have it sealed. It’s been almost 2 years and they still haven’t had it sealed even though Joe told me he filed paperwork over 6 months ago on numerous occasions. I’m a host on Airbnb and they did a random background check on me last week and my conviction was still on my record. Airbnb kicked me off of their site and banned me from hosting, so now I’m out $35K a year. It’s just like I got fired from a job, because this law firm didn’t do their job.

My best friend had told me about Lana Fraser at James law firm but I had to get in touch for him after he was falsely arrested on a felony warrant last week. James called me back immediately after the answering service contacted him and then Lana called me back shortly after. She went above and beyond to email and call every sheriff and deputy in town until she got the warrant cleared out of the system and this was around 11pm so to me that’s the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a lawyer! I appreciate the help and her going to bat for her clients. She’ll fight for you and she isn’t afraid of getting bullied or staining her reputation if what the cops did was not by the books. Way to go Lana and you are by far the best I’ve dealt with even though I pets haven’t had to use you. Miss Lana Fraser from the James law firm has been the best lawyer that I have dealt with so far in over 20 years. She has represented me on multiple cases and is still representing me now, but has gone above and beyond what any other lawyer has done for me, including Calling, and faxing paperwork after hours at night time to every sheriff or deputy that she had to to make sure that I was released when I was arrested falsely. Very personable and easy to talk to and it makes you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her to anybody and I’ve already recommended her to my friends. Thank you very much Ms Lana

Was referred here by another law office. Called for a consultation. Was dismissed, belittled and eventually hung up on me. Read these reviews people! He ain't worth the hassle. $2,500.00 JUST for a maybe! And that's District Court. Want him to go to Circuit Court? $5,000.00 for that. That's for misdemeanor charges BTW.
