I hired this firm to represent me in a case of "wrong place, wrong time" arrest where i had my concealed weapon seized. They was able to get my charges dropped and i got my weapon returned to me. They always kept me informed of proceedings and outcomes. I highly recommend this firm for anyone charged with a felony.

10/10 would not recommend this law firm. To put in very short minimal details. My family went through a very traumatic experience, where our dad was put into life support from an accident. During this time my family member was being represented by one of the lawyers from this firm. I had a question about an issue that had come up. I have never spoken to any of these people before in my life. My father, the one that was on life support, is the one who did all the communication and was recommended this firm. I called on behalf of one of my family members to ask a simple question about an issue that I didn’t understand. I left a message for the lawyer we were using. He didn’t call me back, however Bill James did call me back. I was explaining the situation to him and he told me he knew all about the situation. So I preceded to ask him my question and told him I didn’t understand something that had come up, explaining that my dad would be handling this but he can’t so I was trying to figure out what was going on. At this point he starts yelling at me. Yelling at me over things that do not even begin to address me question. Things I had no clue about and didn’t even have the chance to address. So I told him I wasn’t going to allow him to speak to me in that manner, it was completely unprofessional. He says “How’s this for unprofessional” and hangs up the phone. I call him back two times and both times he puts on a Spanish accent and pretends he doesn’t know the number that is calling. All of this hate and rudeness and I simply had a question. I never heard from the lawyer that actually handled the case, but I handled it myself. Another family member left a review on his page and a lawyer from this firm threatened to share details about the case and called me “whiny”. If by chance they even read these I pray that you never get to see that kind of hate inflicted on one of your family members during one of the darkest times of their life, or anytime for that matter. So if you’d like representation that degrades their clients and their families, definitely chose this firm. Hey, he can pretend to be bilingual and everything. I’ve read several of the negative reviews and it looks like every one gets a hateful reply back, can’t wait to see mine and the excuses they make up to go along with this behavior!
