This guy is the biggest trashiest dirt bag to walk the earth. Why on earth would you trust him with your case unless you’re trash as well! He’s not a seeker of the truth at all instead quite the opposite. I sincerely hope he gets what he deserves one day.

So far no help with anything. Each time I speak with a different attorney and each one says they are not familiar with my case. Will JR is just rude and brushes you off.

Let me just say!!!y’all are amazing!!!! I 1000000% the best law firm in the state of Arkansas! I was facing 10/40/ to life and James law firm set me free!! Was facing a charge for 4 years! Got told by multiple law firms that it was an unbeatable case! Bill was confident the whole time and I soon learned why!! Alex and Scott showed up to jury trial and showed out!! Bill has an amazing team all together!! I have no bad words for James law firm nothing but good!! Thank you James law firm and Alex and Scott thank you!! Give James law firm a call they will not let you down!

I submitted a request for a consultation with this firm. I explained on the submission form that my job fired me because I would not go against my religious beliefs and take the experimental Covid vaccine. William James Jr emailed me shortly thereafter and replied "I would take the shot". That is the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing you can say to someone after they clearly told you that it goes against their religious beliefs. I would not recommend this knock off law firm to my worst enemy!!

Best Law Firm Ever!!! Professional service. Every appointment I received a phone call reminder and they even let me know where to park. Attorney Megan Wilson was my attorney and she is amazing and her other attorney's that worked with her were all amazing too. Had the most amazing results possible. If you need an attorney they are most definitely the ones to have. Forever grateful to them!!!

I called to ask a question they answered me as best of their knowledge

We were assigned Joe.. Attorney did not communicate at all. I had to keep calling because he never responded to emails. Very rude. Unprofessional and lazy. Case was agreed to file a petition, represent us in court and fight for a result. We paid up front, in full. Which was a mistake because they didnt have to work for it once they had it. They filed 1 petition and called the case done. The court system rushed the petition through without a second glance. But Joe was happy to not have to do his job and just left it where it landed. No appeal, no appearance, didn't even ask to be put on calendar. Spent 20 minutes on the case total and ran with our money. The contract states that they "will work diligently for a desired outcome" when all they did was send a document. He put zero "work" into our case. And when I called him the final time, he just blew me off telling me that we "got what we paid for". Not to mention the amount of times I had to call and sit on hold because he was too busy for his clients. We paid $2500.00 to send a document and there wasn't even a filing fee. The contract states "no guarantee of an outcome" but it does state they will at least TRY. Which he did not, at all.. Completely ripped us off. I put all the work into our case. Not them. Joe didn't earn a cent of what we paid and we're still left at step one. Would NOT recommend this office for any reason. He is a crook and does not care in the least about you or your case.

I hired Bill James to handle a criminal case for me. He got my charges dismissed and got the court to return my property. I highly recommend hiring James Law Firm if you have Criminal matter. They have a low retainer fee and will let you make payments.
