Attorney Kathleen Day-Seiter in Alameda provided outstanding service to our family in setting up our living family trust. She is very professional and patient and explained all our legal options in a clear fashion. The fee was very reasonable, given the services she provided. I finally got around to making a will. I feel very lucky to have found Kathleen who explained the advisability of a trust and helped me through the whole procedure. She clearly explained all the steps. She and her husband are not only knowledgeable but their friendliness removed any possible stress.

My husband and I hired Kathleen (Kass) to draw up a trust. We expected top notch legal work, which we got, but what we didn't expect was to be treated like family. Kass and her husband Thomas are just the most lovely people. They made a process--which could easily be both daunting and emotionally difficult--both pleasant and comprehensible. All of our questions were answered immediately and with compassion and knowledge. We had a great experience. I could not recommend them more highly.

Joe prepared a prenup for my fiancee and I. He was clear, concise, approachable, helpful, supportive, prompt, and quite fair with his pricing. My fiancee's consulting attorney found his initial draft very complete and solid, which meant only a single round of very minor edits, which kept our costs and effort down. We enjoyed our meeting with him and really appreciated his work.

Kass is a WONDERFUL, CARING and just my savior. She’s handled my estate and now with my family’s. Her compassion of law and of people is amazing. I had another firm who handled my family’s affairs for 30+ yrs but they disappointed me. I’ll forever be grateful to find this great lady
