Back in 2013 during period of time when my elderly Mothers health had declined to the point she needed additional care, financial support, and future possible skilled care needs. A family friend had suggested reaching out to Kathleen Day-Seiter to discuss Elder Law, Trusts and Estate planning. Kathleen "Kass" meet with my mom, brother and I to discuss our needs and options, including use of a trust and applying for Medi-Cal to have if needed for additional care needs of my mom. In 2020 Kass guided our family through the process of closing the trust and estate after moms passing. Later, my wife and I again meet with both Kass and Thomas and were again very helpful with our estate planning, including helping to create our wills, trust, power of attorney for my wife and I, including documentation of our future wishes such as end of like care and after our passing to reduce this burden on our children.
