Kathleen Day-Seiter did a fantastic job in helping us to process our Trust, Durable Power of Attorney and a much needed Will. She covered all areas needed for us to feel comfortable. We have postponed taking care of this very important task. We can now relax knowing because of Kass everything has been taken care of.

She developed our wills, powers of attorney, trust, and health care directives in one comprehensive package. Kathleen Day-Seiter, thank you so much! My sister and I found Kathleen when our very old father was nearing the end of his life. We knew time was short to get his estate in order. Kathleen guided us along the process and through all of the tricky, complicated and scary legal hoops we had to jump through. After he died she took care of all of the necessary legal steps that our situation called for, and most recently she helped us create our own living trusts. Let me just say this one truth about working with Kathleen: out of all the people we dealt with during this difficult time - lawyers, bank people, loan people, real estate people, appraisers, etc... Kathleen was the one person who I think of as a friend in all of this. She was kind, warm, smart, and professional. Creating an estate plan is so important - it's truly a gift to your loved ones not to have to guess or sort out what your wishes are and allow them the time to grieve and not feel overwhelmed by settling your estate. I'm so glad I created one and feel less stressed knowing that when I pass, things are in order for my family. Kathleen (Kass) walked us through the whole process with so much patience and warmth. She met my MANY questions with thoughtfulness and I never felt rushed. She truly took the time to listen and gave us options to consider that we had never thought of.
