I really liked that I could call my lawyer and get my questions answered the same day-ish. (Be sure to be available for call-backs between 4pm-7pm.) I give this firm 10+ stars. My experience with them was wonderful from start to finish, my attorney Charlie and all of the staff were great! My case was from an overpayment EDD issued for a claim from 10 years ago and was very complex to say the least. The EDD overpayment was for over $22,000 and they had garnished my wages. We began this case in 2021 and appeared and received a judgment in my favor only to have the EDD challenge this judgement again all the while for past year and half waiting and battling thru all of the bureaucracy my wages were being garnished, Charlie and his team also represented me with this additional hearing and I personally received a call from Charlie today that it is finally over WE WON! The judge ruled in my favor and I can put this extremely stressful and exhausting situation behind me!! I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism I received from Charlie and his entire team I know I would not of had this outcome without them!! Needed help after receiving an EDD OVERPAYMENT notice. Found the flat-fee rate very affordable all the money the EDD was trying to claw back. I would like to thank my lawyer and representative Leti , from Pershing Square Law firm , she did a great job on my hearing , she was very professional and she was excellent on the closing argument, I received the outcome and was awarded to my favor . Thank you Leti I would refer her to anyone that got denied by the EDD .

They were great through 2 appeals but once Again I Was denied benefits for some bs reason so I wanted to reappeal but every attempt to get ahold of my lawyer was failed I updated my contact with the office in the app and even called the number that was left on my broken phones voicemail and left a message with my number and still no call to it. Now I'm past the reappeal deadline and I'm s.o.l? I'd greatly appreciate an answer as to what happened here and why the ball was dropped after so much effort I could of continued on myself but I was sure they would contact and was apparently misunderstanding in regards to the day I had received my determination. Extremely disappointed with this outcome I partially feel too that changing my address clearly impacted the office I dealt with the original office through my address was much more understanding. So much money and time now wasted and gone. 😥😥😥
