I recently hired the Pershing Law Firm for my California EDD Appeal. I struggled with this appeal since there is literally zero help out there, and it's next to impossible to get an actual human to answer the phones at the EDD. Pershing Law Firm helped take so much weight and stress off my back with this appeal. They took the case exactly one week before the hearing (the appeal court only gives two weeks notice for a hearing) and were super helpful and very knowledgeable. I felt so much relief before the hearing and was so grateful after the hearing to know I won the case. Hire them, they're great!

I had an issue with the EDD and I was extremely frustrated and thought that I would have to go through the grueling and confusing process myself. I called Pershing and they immediately took care of my case and got on top of things. Just a heads up that there's a long wait time between the appeal and hearing date because courts are so backed up right now, but as soon as I got a hearing date things started rolling very quickly. Before I knew it, the hearing was over and I won the case. I want to give a special shout-out to Charlie, who did an amazing job preparing me for the hearing. I cannot recommend this law firm enough!

Do not book with them. Lost case and for money you paid no communication throughout the week. One phone call equals 1300. Overconfident lawyer with no results and get this they switched the lawyer on me last minute.

Thank you to Assaf for helping me win my case! Assaf went above and beyond to help me prepare for the court hearing. Days before the hearing Assaf called me to review my information. He was very professional and took the time to understand the ordeal that EDD was trying to put me through. The day of the hearing, Assaf called me to reassure me that I had a strong case and even gave me a brief outline to stay on track when answering the judge’s questions. I am glad I got Pershing Square Law Firm! I was extremely extremely nervous and I am not very good with court stuff or anything to have to do with things I’m not very familiar with.
