Honestly, divorce was the most painful thing I have ever endured in my life... and mine was easy in comparison to the horror stories of confrontational grudge matches you hear about on the web. Bottom line, if you can avoid it, DO! Unfortunately, I couldn't. Thank goodness for Barney... he was patient with us and advised us without taking sides. He gave us the legal advice we needed and did well to keep us moving when things got heated or emotional. We made it out better for having gone to Barney and I have nothing but gratitude for all his hard work.
