I recently hired Doan law firm to do a BK for me and my wife and now I am divorced and was told I can no longer can file because I make too much money and they would not give me my deposit back. The doan law group put my 500 in deposit payments towards my ex wifes BK instead .They should have a lot of fun explaining that to a judge in court.

My wife and I came to doan law center after seeing Sean on the TV early in the morning we were very distressed with money and the way our bills had piled up against us that being said it was our fault we went to doan law for somehow free consultation is the only time we ever saw free is the key word what they don't tell you is after you sign the paperwork you just paid for your consultation we paid in the sum of up to $890 we found out that we had to pay another 1700 all the while I was being garnished and unprotected by these people who say they protect given me the jobs of sending outcease and assist letters I went to another bankruptcy lawyer to fight the Garnishment they filed right in front of me within 60 minutes gave me a paper called the garnishment people and put a stop to it before it could come out of my check that's what real lawyers do total cost of my bankruptcy list $1334 a far cry from what Doan LAw cost .every time I called the office I would get Wally Wally is a very rude malicious talking and disrespectful talking person to any customer needless to say Mona was great in the beginning but she gets really good at ignoring your phone calls and whispering why we're listening that she's with an attorney and can't come to the phone I encourage you all who read this to please please look other places for an attorney when you're finally bankruptcy I found a one man show who doesn't take on too many cases unlike doan law Bankruptcy law group ask for Gregory hell tell you like it is prove it to be worthy and won't take all your money ,good luck to all who read this

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

It's a difficult decision and process to go bankrupt. But Mona and Wil helped me through it and it wasn't anywhere near as bad as my anxiety told me it was going to be. I waited almost a year after opening my case with them to get things going. As soon as I started working with them (talking with them), I couldn't believe how easy and smooth it went. From information collection to court, it took maybe two months tops? And that's with schedule constraints on my end. Also, I was convinced I would have to file Chapter 13 but Wil had showed me that I was actually eligible for Chapter 7. If you have questions, just ask!!.. and don't wait!!
