Spoke to this attorney on the phone several months ago during the Covid peak in regards to a tax issue that a limited English friend was having. He stated that he had handled a number of similar cases. I felt that this was the place to bring her problems when it was right for a visit. His ad states "Free Consultation". I recently sent an email to continue our conversation face-to-face. It took a little over a week before it was answered. In his email response he provided his hourly fees ($900 to write one letter) and a link to another agency. So much for "free consultation". Apparently it's only purpose is to put out his fees. If that's the case, mission accomplished.

Oftentimes emotions are high when dealing with an estate after the death of a loved one, and I've learned that when it comes to money, it tends to bring out the absolute worst in people. Mr. Huerta helped me to understand my rights and how to best proceed with questions to do with a will and beneficiaries of the estate of my long time partner. Mr. Huerta was level headed, a good listener, and gave sound advice to help towards closure of a painful situation. He comes highly recommended.
