Oftentimes emotions are high when dealing with an estate after the death of a loved one, and I've learned that when it comes to money, it tends to bring out the absolute worst in people. Mr. Huerta helped me to understand my rights and how to best proceed with questions to do with a will and beneficiaries of the estate of my long time partner. Mr. Huerta was level headed, a good listener, and gave sound advice to help towards closure of a painful situation. He comes highly recommended.

I called Frank during the pandemic and he made himself immediately available to me and answered all of my questions even though I wasn't a current client and he didn't even know me. He took the time to listen to me and was very thorough in helping me. Just the fact alone that he responded to a non-client so quickly during a time where it's hard to get anybody to answer their phone speaks volumes! I was very impressed and grateful.

In October 2018, as I went before the US Tax Court in Fresno as a Pro se petitioner, Frank Huerta was made available to me as an advocate to help me discuss my case with the IRS General Counsel attorney who was very aggressive. Frank stood up for me as a Pro se petitioner, woman and very nervous first timer in Tax Court. He was able to verbally shore up my case, poke holes in the IRS attorneys case and gave me much needed confidence to stand before the court and present my case. I felt like I had someone on my side and his advocacy was very appreciated!
