Since it was a first experience for us in almost 40 years, we weren't sure what to expect for selling a house. Our good friend recommended him for us. I was relieved that Carey was a very easy to talk to and friendly person! Our house sale went smoothly and sold by better price than what we expected thanks to his efficient work. Anthony and his staff made the review of the Trust my husband I established over a decade ago simple. My husband died a few years ago and I was confused by some of the language and wanted to update the terms. Anthony clearly explained the intent of the documents and revised the Trust to fit my needs. It was a pleasure working with him and his staff.

I can’t say enough good things about Carey! He was always going above and beyond, and had solutions for any issue. He has his own team who can do painting repairs, even tag sales. I saw two properties remotely with him and couldn’t of done it with your average realtor. I highly recommend Carey.

I've been browsing for only a few weeks, I found my favorite house and Carey helped me put my very first offer, then I got the house competing with 16 other offers with a 5k lower price than the top one. I guess this says it all!

If you are selling your house, Carey is the realtor that will get you the best price in the least amount of time. He sold our Granada Hills home in 3 days with multiple offers and over the asking price. He saved us thousands of dollars in improvements that we were planning to spend, as he correctly projected that they would not add value to our home. Carey is honest, insightful, knowledgeable and a friend to all that have had the pleasure of working with him. Highly recommend.
