Carey is the best there is! So personable and caring. He is much more than just a real estate agent, he is your friend. From the beginning of the whole process walking us through the entire way, teaching, guiding, and making us feel like we were his only clients. Be warned about this realtor. He has already acted against real estate law with us, costing us nearly $3,000 in legal bills. We have already filed a report against him with the National Associatin of Realtors, and he has had another ethics complaint against him filed just days prior by our realtor. We entered into signed agreement for a home on 16311 Tupper St in North Hills with Mr. Eckert and his broker Park Regency, but regardless of our contract, he it appeared to us he realized he had forgotten to rescind it upon his client's (the seller's) request. To cover his own rear, he told us that he could not commit to the contract (which is called "Breach of Contract") and we assumed that was because he had gotten a higher offer. He then dodged myself and my realtor's calls, text, and emails that stated he was breaking the law. We even emailed escrow, as he had illegally gone into escrow with another buyer who had a higher offer after he signed and locked in with us. Finally, we had a lawyer send him and his client a demand letter, and immediately he apologized and admitted his mistake because he knew that he would lose this fight. Upon asking him to remedy our legal bills that he 100% incurred due to his dishonest practices, lack of ethics, and shady business strategy, he sent back a very rude email and that is the last we heard of this realtor.
