Carey Eckert is the best! He is amazing! He did an excellent job with handholding from beginning to the very end. Carey always promptly responded to any questions we had along the way in addition to personal visits to check in on how we were doing. We were impressed with what he did to make our home marketable in addition to obtaining top dollar after less than two weeks on the market. At the end of Carey's real estate involvement, we gained a forever friend!

Very dishonest, straight up liar. We tried to make a deal by getting his property off the market. He told us that he was gonna work it out with us and he was not gonna put this specific property on the market so we can buy it. My agent had been trying to reach him but he always said he was gonna come back to my agent with some answer/call her, etc and he was saying that he was gonna make this deal worked. We put an offer and say this and that. We have all these proof of him saying so. He also mentioned he was gonna bring his clients to see our house that we plan to sell that we mentioned to him that we won’t put it on the market so his clients can see it firsthand. His clients never came and he never said anything to us. All of a sudden just no show. And I found out this house that he mentioned that he was not gonna put in the market finally came out in the market.. just wow.. He just disappeared. Idk how he can still be an agent and have so many good reviews. But also I heard you can pay people off to write reviews so who knows these days. If he did not agree with us just say it but do not say one thing and do another thing because that’s just a straight up liar. I didn’t wanna give a star but I had to for the sake of the reviews.

Carey Eckert is extremely professional in all his activities. He sold our home for more than asking price. Carey was able to meet our needs as well as smooth our fears. He is a super great real estate agent in our opinion!!!!!!

Carey Eckert is the absolute best agent around. I had the honor of having him sell my townhouse as well as have him find my dreamhome. Carey goes above and beyond through every aspect of the selling or buying process. He does so much work behind the scenes so you don't have the stress or anxiety. I was amazed at how quickly my townhouse sold. He had one open house, received multiple offers, received above asking price, and this was during the holidays. So, from the open house to the open of escrow was about 6 days. Amazing. Carey is extremely ethical and professional and keeps in constant contact during the buying or selling process. I'd also like to praise Carey's assistant Rebecca. She served as an integral part of the purchase of my new home. Once you have finished either buying or selling your home with Carey, he remains a permanent person in your life. Carey was not only my agent, but he's now a permanent friend. As someone working from out of town, I had different concerns, and had to rely more on Carey since I was not local, but he rocked. Carey set the standard for synergy with us a sellers, looking at the bigger picture, and going the extra mile. He treated us as if he were a member of the family himself. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Recommend without reservations.

While there are so many agents out there, I would work with Carey again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him to others.

I understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion and I'm definitely not responding to that. However, I couldn't help notice someone attacking Carey's character and I had to respond. Not only is Carey Eckert a pillar in his community, President of the Chamber, Real Estate Coach to many, and has for over 15 years successfully helped clients succeed in the next chapter of their lives- Whether that is upsizing or downsizing. He can relocate you. He is a dying breed in the industry of Real Estate. I've never met anyone dedicated to the client before his needs! It's Contagious! He is known for doing what's ethical when no one is looking and sets the standard for the highest dedication to the client in our area. So, I was surprised to read this negative review. This person only writes negative reviews. Something to think about. Nevertheless, I've been in the industry for over 5 years. I've had the honor to work many deals with Mr. Eckert. The experience he exposed me to is GOLD. Carey is an expert at marketing & returning the highest value possible from a home in as-is condition or he completely facilitates the immaculate remodel to ensure the markets' highest-returns to his clients. That's The Obligation he carries out every month to many clients. Carey- You can't make everyone smile, but, no one can attack your character. Your history & track-record speaks for itself and the QP Quality Person that you are in this industry of Real Estate & in Personal Life.

I've known Carey since the early 2000s. He went from a loan agent to a real estate agent. He knows the industry from all angles and works hard for all his clients. Very knowledgeable of the San Fernando Valley neighborhoods. I highly recommend Carey Eckert for all your real estate needs!

Carey Eckert is hands down the best realtor out there. He sold our house in granada hills and got us 100,000 over list! This guy knows what he is doing. If you think any realtor can put your house on the market and it will sell for the same regardless of whoever lists it, you're wrong. There are strategies and it takes a lot of know how to get top dollar. The advertising was amazing, I almost wanted to keep the house he made it look so good. I cannot say enough good things about Carey and I am just grateful that I followed my gut and went with him. I will be forever grateful for the amazing job Carey did for us.
