Grateful for Cyrus having Ricardo on his team. I guess what I appreciate the most is his patience and understanding, working with someone that knew so little about how these things work. I went into this feeling so grossly ignorant and naïve, but Ricardo always made it a point to not allow me to feel in any way uncomfortable, to ask all the questions I needed to ask. I so appreciated his genuine need for me to understand everything, even if he had to repeat the same thing to me. I never heard any kind of annoyance or frustration in his tone, when he would explain things. Things that he had already explained to me. That has to be what I appreciated the most about working with him. On top of that, I thoroughly enjoyed his respectful and very polite ways. I appreciated that I felt I was being taken care of. That I had someone fighting for me. He knew how to tell me that the offer was not good enough and that we could attend, asking for more and he also had a great tactful/respectful way of advising me, that the amount was more than likely the best that we were going to get, WHILE STILL making sure that he got across to me, that he would do whatever I wanted to do. If I wanted to push for more, he would do that for me. I like that he took a genuine interest in learning about me and my needs. I like that he put up with my excessive chatting. I “LUHV” to talk, -_-. I appreciated that he was very responsive, always in a timely manner. As I stared at my settlement check, I praised God for how he helped get me a SIGNIFICANT amount over what was originally offered Thank you, Ricardo!
