I must edit this. The communication definitely needs improvement. I didn't receive a notice of appearance by mail,, it wasn't sent certified mail and I even made the case manager aware that I was experiencing mail theft before it was sent. The biggest issue was that I didn't get treatment for my injuries prior to my claim being denied despite asking many times. My case manager kept saying they would contact the INS and tell them I needed treatment and when I followed up, she told me she would reach out to them. Same thing everytime no result. No reason or explanation. When my claim was denied, I asked but never got a straight answer as to what the reason was. My case manager spent a lot of time talking in circles and never really answering my questions. I tried to ask only necessary questions to avoid wasting their time but I always felt like my case manager was irritated when I asked a question.
