In my opinion, he is not an honest man. I would not want him to be my lawyer. Doug Otto was my client in NY. We achieved a great result for him, and, at his request, sent him the full settlement check without taking our fees out first. Although he never had any complaint, he refused to pay those fees as agreed, and then he ghosted us when we repeatedly contacted him to inquire about it.

My family appreciates the work that David and his associates have done for us. We wish them continued success and hope we don't have to use them and their services again, but will if we need to.

Ainbinder & Pratt Law Offices gave me the guidance and support I needed during a very difficult time in my life. They represented me to the upmost and I can't speak higher for what they did for me. I recommend attorney David Moriel. I hired Mr. Moriel to represent me in a case involving my rights as a contingent beneficiary to a life insurance following a tragic death.  Another person came forward to claim all of the life insurance proceeds.  The person had no right to the money.  The case was emotionally charged.  Mr. Moriel filed papers with the court and the person’s claim was thrown out of court!  We then settled with the other claimant as I had offered in the first place.  Thank you Mr. Moriel.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I hired David to defend me in a restraining order case.  When we could not settle the case, we prepared and went to trial and won.  I will never forget going through a trial with everyone wearing a mask. Great guy!

Probate Caring person. I hired Mr. Moriel to represent me in a heated probate case. A family member would not leave the family home. He evicted her. She would not pay rent. He had the court make an order charging her for the rent and damage she caused to the property. The family member ended up with nothing! He went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend him. I would hire him again.
