I really didn’t want to go with a workers comp and the Insurance Adjuster wasn’t helpful. Fortunately a friend recommended Ainbinder & Pratt. It was nice having someone on my side, any questions I had were answered, Josh and Malia were very helpful through the whole process.

Everyone in the office was great the attorney was wonderful. The case was settled to my satisfaction.

Attorney got my charge of left turn on red arrow dissmissed (might I add I'm a CDL professional driver) citing officer was an older almost near retirement cop that was extremely rude and kinda racist. I would admit the attorney isn't the cheapest attorney out here... But I would say I wouldn't mind paying a few more bucks for awesome results obviously... :-)

I came to this attorney based on good reviews and with an initial meeting, stating, if you settle today we can get you $25k, but if you want to litigate $100k settlement is doable. 9 months later, I have neither and have to hire a new attorney due to the incompetence of Colleen Pratt the lead partner. Never once did I meet with her, did she show up at a court hearing or petition the court for the delay tactics of the Defense, who constantly cancelled depositions, PQME. I wasted 9 months with this firms and suffered through their lies, false promises, and incompetence while not getting a penny for lost wages, disability, medical treatment. I would have lost my mind if not for self medication, lots of Yoga, Prayer, Jacuzzi's and massages, all I paid for myself or via the Kindness of strangers. To date I suffer in pain from my injuries while working at UPS and stress from a complete inability of Colleen Pratt to litigate my case or her numerous associates, who had no idea what the other one was doing, let alone schedule dates, when I was available. She does not listen and it's all about the money. If your case will not yield a big pay out, you will get little attention. I've been in a number of business litigation's and through my efforts always succeed in winning awards. Due to her lack of competence, this was an exercise in futility and utter frustration . My health got worse with an onslaught of hypertension. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Yes I would recommend this Law office to my friends they answered my calls and returned most of my calls I was satisfied with their services. And any questions I had which was a lot they would try to answer them as best as they could.

Luckily I had Sam on my side for a civil matter. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and his services. Sam was upfront and explained everything in such a way that I understood exactly what the processes and proceedings were. He took the time to answer all my questions and replied quickly to any question that came up. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone and can’t speak highly enough of him!

September 2018, I received a traffic citation from the California highway patrol in the Long Beach port area for 22348 (c) vc Improper lane usage in a tractor trailer. This ticket is 1.5 points for 3 years. I was in danger of losing my job and the ability to gain future employment driving trucks for 3 years. I hired Attorney David Dastrup. Mr. Dastrup went above and beyond for me. He took the time to speak with me whenever i messaged him online, he would call me. He is kind and compassionate and speaking to him was like talking to a good friend. After having high anxiety about my case for four months my case went to trial January 15th 2019. Before trial even began Attorney David Dastrup negotiated a zero point non moving violation deal for me. I thanked God and Mr Dastrup, it was a happy day. Attorney David Dastrup is the real deal. He treats you like a human being, like his friend and is honest and does his best for you. Excellent Attorney! I would give 10 stars if i could.
