Three years ago, I got hit by a white ford fusion while I was at Las Lomas Market. The car immediately left the area. Everything was caught on camera. The car that hit me was seen driving eastbound along Hall Road. I became a victim of “assault with deadly weapon” based on the sheriff's report. Right after that happened, I suffered injuries at my neck and back. I had to wear a heating pack under my back during sleeptime to ease the pain. I also underwent physiotherapy twice a week. I was having nightmares about the accident. It was just supposed to be an ordinary day but it turned into a horrific one. What’s even worse is that the other person involved in the incident happened to be someone I knew. We met through Facebook and kept on exchanging messages. She called me that her ex-boyfriend keeps on following her so she requested me to pick her up at the Las Lomas Market. I drove towards there and parked my car somewhere facing eastbound. When she opened the passenger door, that’s when the whole thing happened. My life took a 180-degree turn. I wasn’t just a victim of assault, but also of a mistrusted friendship. Since then, I never trusted anyone way too easily. I only reached out to the people who knew me for years, and they were a good help to my recovery and healing. Beverly Law Firm went above and beyond by not just being a “dynamite” kind of firm, but also being a thoughtful team of counselors giving me advice and understanding the anxieties and trauma I got three years ago. They fought hard on my behalf even though there were times that I felt like things were overwhelming and even thought about giving up. Nevertheless, I could not have had a better experience! VERY SPECIAL THANKS to Ms. Olivia Martinez for being responsive and taking her time in resolving my case. I’ll be forever in awe of her hard work just to make this horrible experience of mine less of a burden to me and also to my family and trusted friends. I was driving straight at Chelsea when a car immediately came out of no where and I wasn’t able to stop and I crashed into it. It was a terrifying experience for me, leaving me in pain with injuries to my back and right shoulder. I was so concerned about a personal injury claim, especially when I haven’t concluded my medical treatment. I continue to suffer pain in my back and right shoulder, and this has affected my mental health. I demanded an explanation from my defendant and she was quick and liable in responding to it. In December last year, I was referred to a rehab center for treatment, examination and consultation regarding my injuries. Based on the results of the final examination, I had “restricted ranges of motion in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal regions as well as right shoulder”. My injuries tend to “occasionally exacerbate due to the altered biomechanics and fibrotic residuals remaining in the injured areas.” Well… whatever that means, the bottomline was I had to undergo weeks of physical therapy and injections . I was also on the lookout for someone who would offer me help after that serious accident. The insurance company was quite difficult to convince, so calling Beverly Law was the best decision for me. Their experience, expertise and service exceeded my expectations on a whole new level. Cynthia and her staff are very good at what they do. I can see and tell from my experience that they enjoy their job, too! They are very compassionate and hard working. Michael alone was very understanding and helpful even during the first time I communicated with him. The rest of the staff at Beverly Law were helpful and friendly as well. They were responsive to my texts or emails I sent or questions I asked. Throughout the days after the accident, Beverly Law kept me informed and had my best interests through gathering all information that is needed. Michael, Cynthia and Kristine made sure I wasn’t only compensated well through my accident insurance claims; they didn’t make any unnecessary decisions with regards to the approval of these settlements. They looked after me and were so courteous when they gave me advice. I felt like I was at the lowest point of my life while in therapy, but the people at Beverly Law saved my life! Michael and Cynthia went above and beyond everything else when it comes to my case. Cynthia is great!!!!!!!!!! She was very attentive to my needs. They tirelessly worked to make sure that the law was in our favor. Their dedication, skills and talent gave me a renewed sense of hope that my case would end on a highly positive note. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my case and the kind of service I received during the whole process.
