Rude and disrespectful staff and they hang up mid call I will not be doing business with this law office

In January 2019, my family and I were involved in a severe car accident when another vehicle collided with us from the side. Turning to Yelp for assistance, I entered the search terms "Best Lawyer + honest + hardworking + auto + accident near Los Angeles, CA 90016." To my surprise, at the top of the search results was the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. When I saw his profile picture, I immediately sensed that he was a dedicated advocate for his clients. Without wasting any time, I sent him a message on Yelp, explaining the details of the accident and its impact on my family. Less than five minutes later, Brian called me personally. We spoke for nearly half an hour, during which I couldn't believe the level of attention he was giving me over the phone. The following day, we met in person at his office, and it was clear that he was the right choice for us. Despite the challenges posed by COVID and the prevailing uncertainty, Brian and his remarkable firm stood by my side every step of the way. Mark, a member of Brian's team, ensured that I received exceptional care from physical therapists and underwent procedures such as epidurals and the replacement of two disc levels with the assistance of a talented and skilled spinal surgeon. In the end, Brian and his team achieved results beyond our wildest expectations, both in terms of medical recovery and financial compensation.
