Me encanta la atención que tubo la obogada Olivia Martinez.....La primera vez que estuve involucrado en un accidente automovilístico fue cuando tenía treinta y nueve (39) años. Después del incidente, me quejo de dolores en la parte baja de la espalda y el cuello desde el 8 de diciembre de 2022. Ese día, estaba conduciendo por la calle cuando el otro conductor a mi derecha se incorporó a mi carril y no me vio. Ese conductor me golpeó en el lado del pasajero trasero. Yo conducía un Ford Explorer y el conductor conducía un Ford Fusion. Las bolsas de aire no se desplegaron y mi auto no quedó destrozado. No perdí el conocimiento pero me sentí mareado y aturdido después del accidente. Luego del incidente, acudí a la sala de emergencias del lugar del accidente donde me evaluaron y me trataron con medicación. Desde el incidente, no he sentido ningún consuelo en absoluto. Sufrí y sufrí lesiones personales, más específicamente dolor en la cabeza, el cuello, la espalda, la zona lumbar, los hombros derecho e izquierdo, el pecho y las caderas derecha e izquierda. El dolor es agudo, punzante, punzante, penetrante, insoportable, ardor, molesto por naturaleza, asociado con hormigueo y entumecimiento. Más tarde fui atendido por un quiropráctico y me sometí a un tratamiento quiropráctico que me proporcionó un alivio temporal, pero seguí teniendo un dolor significativo. Tuve mi segunda evaluación con el médico especialista en dolor y me recomendaron una inyección epidural lumbar de esteroides. Estuve de acuerdo con la inyección y sentí un excelente alivio del dolor de cuello y mi dolor lumbar ha mejorado mucho. Sin embargo, tenía un dolor de espalda no resuelto, por lo que me sugirieron que volviera para recibir una inyección epidural de esteroides lumbar y cervical. El médico también sugirió que podría necesitar una inyección de plasma rico en plaquetas. Entonces tenía todas las recomendaciones posibles para mi tratamiento. Después de esto, he tolerado bien todos los procedimientos y me he beneficiado de dichas inyecciones y tratamientos conservadores. Esto me ha traído mucho dolor y molestias al darme cuenta de que tengo que asistir a todo el tratamiento mientras soporto todo el dolor. Fue muy difícil y me sentí triste en comparación con antes. Reuní todas mis fuerzas y coraje para luchar contra toda la tristeza interior. He estado pensando demasiado últimamente, pero estoy muy agradecido de no haber sufrido lesiones importantes. They From the moment I hired Beverly Law Firm for my PI case, they were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs. These are the qualities you would expect from a consistently high-rated law firm. In October last year, I got involved in a car accident in which two people were involved. I was driving along Horne Avenue coming down the street when they were at the stop sign of Crubon. During the last minute of the stop, they went in front of me and we collided. I couldn’t say a word or react to it since I didn’t know this terrible incident would happen. I filed a claim against the two involved due to the damages they have caused. We entered into a settlement agreement to compromise and settle possible claims and other causes of action. We agreed that the total cost for the settlement is $250,000. While dealing with the settlement, I was suffering from pains all over my back and neck. It reached my lower back down to my legs. After I was taken to the hospital, I had to undergo surgery on an emergency basis on my spine! I was blessed and I got through it! The healing and recovery took me weeks, and it was surely an emotional one. My regular days have dramatically changed, thus affecting my mood and how I talk to the people around. The stitches at my back is a reminder of the entire incident. It kinda hurts sometimes when I touch it. I actually wasn’t ready for whatever happens even after I patched things up with those two. I was thinking about totally moving on because the settlement part seemed to be some sort of a “closure”. But I needed legal help, so I turned to Beverly Law Firm.
