Hello, I can't tell you how pleased I am with Cesar from Gomez and Simone. He was able to get me a loan modification, when everyone else said it was impossible. He not only got me the modification, but charged absolutely nothing up front. I can't tell you what a relief this was. I had already hired one attorney that was costing me 800 dollars a month to write letters, and had been quoted 16 thousand dollars by another attorney with no guarantees. Unfortunately, people take advantage when they know that you are desperate. However, this is not that type of law firm. These people truly care and make every effort to help. Cesar knew exactly how do deal with my mortgage company and had the backing of a great law firm, just in case my modification didn't get approved. Cesar is a wonderful and caring person who is truly concerned about his clients.
