Spoke with attorney Charles and gave me good Tips on my personal property that have for sale.

Amazing law firm! Charles Gomez has been nothing but great in helping me deal with legal matters. He has gone above & beyond for me, even pushing his events to the side to accommodate me. I am very grateful to have come across this law firm and Mr.Charles.

BEWARE OF GOMEZ LAW FIRM!!! -First, they ask you to pay a large balance to your "escrow account" and then charge you more later. Others have been conned by them too in this way. In our case, the requested us for $6000 to be used towards our case for escrow funds. Jorge told us that if our case DID NOT go to trial, it would be $3,000. Fast forward, our case was dismissed right after one court date. Well, they said that they would not touch the other money left in escrow - $3,000. The lawyer only showed up ONCE to trial and now they are trying to charge us ALL our whole $6,000 and are not trying to refund our remaining $3,000 in escrow funds! Mark Gomez, the owner refuses to get in touch with personally. Alex told us he would send over an updated invoice and never did. Then, we got someone over from accounting when we told them about the inflated charges & discrepancies in relation to the contract said, "Well, that's what you're going to pay!" and whatever the office manager wanted.They have no morals. Our lawyer has since left this law firm himself likely because of their unethical and scammer practices! The lawyer just showed up for an hour and half. They refuse to refund our escrow balance and are still trying to charge us $6,000. They are not interested in making things right with clients afterwards. They are scammers! They steal your legit money AFTER you pay into the escrow fund. You're only supposed to pay what you owe but they overcharge for services you didn't do. They will con ANYONE. Money hungry people will con anyone. People have lost thousands by their overcharging them too and now we were added to the con list. I REPEAT - DO NOT GIVE THIS LAW FIRM YOUR MONEY NOR SIGN ANY RETAINER WITH THEM, YOU WILL END UP LIKE US! RUN!!!! FIND ANOTHER FIRM!!!!!!! THE REVIEW ABOUT THEM GIVING LAWYERS A BAD NAME WAS SO TRUE! WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. LISTEN TO US NOW.

I needed a good lawyer because I had a lease dispute with my landlord, so on the recommendation of a friend I turned to Gomez and Simone. I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the law firm, especially Mark Gomez, was. Mark was very nice and extremely patient, walking me through the legal rigmarole I'd have to go through to win my case (which we eventually won). The courtesy and professionalism I experienced from every one of their employees was a pleasant contrast with the typical image of a lawyer as a heartless mercenary. I'm immensely satisfied with my experience at Gomez and Simone and I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Found them on Google, my first initial evaluation was stellar with Cesar. I went there seeking information regarding our families property in 2022. After being with this Law firm for over a year and a half they have only taken money from me every month my invoices are over $4,000. There are some times double charges on my invoices. When I call to go over my invoices, the billing department treats me like I'm the problem and not them they don't want to take responsibility for their own actions. My attorney whose representing me is Jim Hornbuckle, hate to say it he's only interested in the money not your case. His attorney fees went up $200 more an hour. Although in my contract there was another fee that was much less. When I spoke to him about it he was like well this is my new fees. It's such a joke! Anyone seeking real estate attorney stay away from Gomez Law.

Susan and her entire staff filed all the necessary documentation, provided me with case updates, and were always available if I had any questions. I can honestly admit the day of my hearing I was a bit nervous. I was introduced to attorney Joseph Castro who prepared me on what was going to happen. The process was extremely easy, and attorney Castro was extremely professional and got the job done. Mark Gomez and Carina Ochoa were great to work with. No one ever wants to find themselves in a position to use Lawyers/Attorneys but I'm very glad we had them in our corner. The ability to help remove emotion from what is happening and help you understand the situation goes a long way. Mark and Carina had patience with our whole family as we asked numerous questions and they always treated my Mother and Father with respect.
