I obviously have no idea as to your own particular challenges and lets keep it that way. I do know from a lifetime of experiences those three above are imperative to me when selecting legal representation. The Law Offices of Nigel Burns were incredibly supportive and responsive as I needed to navigate settling my father's estate (living trust). Sam and Nigel took the time to explain as well as prepare any documents needed and helped me and my family get through a very difficult time.

It is very hard to find good attorneys knowledgeable in family law. More specifically, a team knowledgeable in the conservatorship of an ailing parent. In 2016, our mom’s care provider unlawfully obtained conservatorship over our mom. She did this without any of our family’s knowledge. It was an absolute nightmare! We have used the Law office of Nigel Burns, several times in the past and once again recently. Nigel is a great person, but he is an exceptional Attorney. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and especially his character.

First of all, you will be able to park in a wonderful area at the Bunker Hill off 1st street in a gated area, You may not think this is a big deal , but they are a quick walk to courthouse, and after discussion of the case, providing evidence, possibly going to court a few times. You will love the convenience and the easy access when you are doing battle, either criminally or civilly. The head of the firm cannot be missed... Nigel, who will speak efficaciously and quite bluntly in his lilting brougue Irish accent about exactly what and what not you can do. It is not to be missed. It takes a bland reckoning of your displeasure at your opponent and turns it into an episode of "The Fall" (or any other irish crime drama) He gave our case to the unflappable senior lawyer Brandon Wyman. What we liked about Brandon is times of extreme stress, he never lost sight of the ball, and managed to put together a stellar defense of a trust battle, He considered all our evidence large and small, and told us what to ignore and what to focus on. At the courthouse, at the cafeteria, I overheard him work over a much more expressive attorney who was losing the battle on a different court case, and thought to myself. He really can turn on the aggression when necessary but leaves it alone when not needed. His ability to mount logic in the face or sheer stupidity was impressive. And he worked tirelessly giving us time on Saturdays and Sundays from home, when even the most horrible thing was bothersome. These emotional battles of probate trusts and yes even a TRO or custody issues need a strong stable hand and we got that in droves. So much so that we recommended friends and a family members to work on their divorce and custody issues and a friend to work on a multi sibling trust probate argument.
